PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

Absolutely yes! All our items are produced in our artisan laboratory with "Made in Italy" material and manufacturing.

Yes, almost all the products are in genuine leather, but some items may be in leatherette or similar materials, however all the specifications and characteristics of the materials are found in the descriptions of each item.

Of course! In addition to producing our articles with the "Giulio Barca" brand, we offer the PRIVATE LABEL service for those who want their own line of products with their own brand.

If you need specific information about an item, you can find all the information you need directly in the description that you find below the product. If something is still not clear to you, you can write to our customer service in the area ASK FOR A QUESTION.

Sold out products can become available again in a few days or after a few weeks. This is why we advise you to subscribe to our newsletter to get previews on the products that will be available again. SHIPPING: TIMES, COSTS AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For products immediately available in stock, the shipping time is 2/5 working days, for products in restocking the shipping time can range from 5 to 10 working days.

Costs:

€ 7.00 for orders under € 50.00

Free for orders over € 50.00

Yup! When the order is sent, we will send you a shipping confirmation email, with the tracking link based on the courier that will allow you to follow the progress of the delivery.

In Europe in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania , Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom

And in the Rest of the World in: China, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Japan, Hong Kong SAR, Russia, Canada, United States.

For shipments to Italy the main courier used is GLS, but it may vary for certain shipments.

For shipments abroad the following couriers are used: GLS, DHL, UPS or TNT.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Yes, it is possible! We have a 14 day return policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The return has a cost of 8 euros which will be deducted from the cost of the returned product once refunded.

In order to request a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return you can contact us at info@giuliobarca.it . If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to the original payment method. Remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and record your refund as well.
